On Sunday 21st March Antonella assisted the Michelin chef Paolo D' Angeli from the Republic of San Marino, as his interpreter, during his cooking demonstration for the Bright N Sandy Food Festival. Over 10,000 people attended and the day was filled with interesting food exhibitions and demonstrations, entertainment as well as fun-filled activities for children. Antonella did an outstanding job and was highly praised for her professionalism by Allan Campion, the host, and the organisers of the Wine and Food Festival.
