Paolo D' AngeliOn Sunday 21st March Antonella assisted the Michelin chef Paolo D' Angeli from the Republic of San Marino, as his interpreter, during his cooking demonstration for the Bright N Sandy Food Festival. Over 10,000 people attended and the day was filled with interesting food exhibitions and demonstrations, entertainment as well as fun-filled activities for children. Antonella did an outstanding job and was highly praised for her professionalism by Allan Campion, the host, and the organisers of the Wine and Food Festival.

Paolo prepared a menu consisting of well known traditional regional dishes:
